From the 1st of October 2007, the laws regarding airsoft guns (IN THE U.K. ONLY) have changed. This is a brief summary of those changes.

If you are under 18 years of age, it is now illegal for you to buy an airsoft gun or any other replica firearm. It will also be illegal for anyone to sell one to you, whether you are a skirmisher or not.

Over 18s will have to prove that they are airsoft skirmishers. They can do this by taking out membership of an airsoft site which holds third-party liability insurance. In order to enable online sales, We will need several items to prove without a doubt that you are a skirmisher, Please check conditions of use for details and download the application form Declaration. Once a player is verified, there details will be kept on record allowing use to quickly verify your legitimacy to order R.i.Fs. | |  | Two Tone Airsoft
Despite the restrictions introduced in the VCRA, it is still legal to sell an airsoft gun to anyone over the age of 18 years providing its principle colour is sufficiently different from that of a real firearm.
The Two Tones option is for Airsoft Skirmishers that wish to order Imitation Firearms. Any Orders for R.I.Fs will require an application form to be submitted within 14 days for the first R.i.f order then once on record its as easy as just ordering . |
